1,3,5-Tris(hydroxyethyl)-hexahydro-triazine has a wide range of industrial applications. As a broad-spectrum, highly efficient, and low-toxicity preservative, antifungal, and bactericide, it is widely used in industries such as oilfields, papermaking, metal processing (cutting and grinding fluids, rolling fluids), coatings, and electroplating. Its unique formulation effectively controls microbial growth, inhibiting and killing bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and sulfate-reducing bacteria.
