Corrosion Inhibitor For Acidification (Mannich Base)

Acid fracturing is a common method for increasing and stabilizing oil production. It involves injecting large amounts of acid into the oil well, which dissolves the down-hole rock formations and fractures, expanding oil and gas fractures and channels to achieve the goals of well commissioning, increase and stabe the production. However, the injected acid can cause severe corrosion to metal equipment. Based on this application background, our company has developed Mannich base. which forms a protective film by directional adsorption on metal surfaces and also inhibits electrode reactions between acid and metal.
