Demulsifier dosing process and methods used in crude oil gathering and transportation systems: At the wellhead, add the demulsifier directly through the wellhead casing; at the transfer station, inject the demulsifier into the crude oil mixing port using a pump; during in-process dosing within the gathering and transportation station, add the demulsifier through a settling tank for sedimentation and dehydration. Packaging and Storage: Packaging: 200L plastic drum, net weights 200±0.5kg or IBC tank. Transportation: Cover with tarpaulin to protect from sun and rain.
